Build the function before the features.

There was no design or research team. I hired it, structured it and grew it to 48, with research embedded beside engineering.

One system, every product.

Shipped the company’s first design system, so dense analytics tools share one grammar and new ones start at eighty percent.

From alarm to cause.

The interface’s job is to move an engineer from an excursion to a disposition with the evidence in view, led through the Aurora platform.

Density is a feature.

Expert tools earn their complexity. The craft is in hierarchy and defaults, not in hiding the data.
