The calls I made.

The calendar is the source of truth.

A clinician shares private calendar links with clinics. Each clinic books into its own window of days and hours, set by the clinician.

Trust is verified, then shown.

The clinician’s verified name is locked on everything a clinic sees. Front desks sign in with a per-clinic daily code.

Urgent is a state, not a colour.

An urgent booking carries a label and alerts the clinician by text and email, with the patient’s phone number attached.

Cancelling needs a reason.

A clinic can move or cancel a booking. The clinician always sees why.
