The calls I made.

Two registers, one shell.

The patient side is built for emotional safety: calm language, one next step, no system branding. The surgeon side is built for candidacy, traceability and speed.

The run has to be traceable.

Every recommendation carries its evidence: fourteen governed stages a clinician can open, question and reject.

A gate, not a suggestion.

Nothing moves forward without a clinician’s signature. Missing data and post-run gaps are reviewed flows, not warnings to dismiss.

The prototype is the reference.

Engineering builds from a spec with every state drawn. Divergence without a spec is treated as a defect.
