The review step says, in one sentence, what is about to happen to the person’s money. If that sentence is hard to write, the flow is wrong.
One number, one meaning.
Price, cost, value and return never share a label or a position. People act on the first number they see.
Design the bad day first.
Halts, failed transfers and restricted accounts get the same craft as onboarding. Trust is built on the screens nobody demos.
Regulation is a reader too.
Disclosures are written and placed so that a customer and a compliance officer would both call them clear.
