Evidence before eloquence.

The answer leads with what it rests on. A fluent paragraph with no sources is treated as a defect.

Confidence is an interface.

The system says how sure it is and why, in words a domain expert can act on, not a percentage nobody can.

The sign-off is the product.

Approve, reject with a reason, escalate. The human decision is designed as carefully as the model output, and it is what gets audited.

Refusal is a feature.

When the evidence is not there, the system says so and routes the question to a person.
